Job DescriptionCNO Financial Group is seeking a Policy Holder Service Representative for its Health Claims Call Center!
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include but are not limited to second level support for clients, agents and other external customers, while maintaining a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. Candidate will answer inbound calls, processing requests, and make outbound calls resolving and diffusing escalated situations. Some processing may take place over the phone, while other processing would be from work queues fed by incoming mail. Other duties include: data input into various inquiry and administrative systems, verification of information received, correspondence writing, mailing, e-mailing, and faxing. Candidate must be able to work within expected parameters, including productivity and quality standards, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and outlook when faced with consistent difficult customer situations is a must.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to handle multiple tasks, simultaneously. Basic computer skills are needed. Excellent keyboarding accuracy and speed are important. Candidates must be comfortable operating a computer, including navigating within both Windows and mainframe environments. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidate must have a natural ability for customer service and a passion for customer satisfaction. Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
