Quick Apply Part-time 1 day ago Full Job Description Medical Practice Back Office Support The Center for Fully Functional Health in Carmel is hiring part-time support to handle daily back office tasks in our state-of-the-art Functional Medicine practice and MedSpa.
If you are an enthusiastic professional with at least 1-2 years experience in an administrative position, we would love to hear from you! As Back Office Support, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks for our thriving medical practice, including filing patient charts, preparing test kits, supporting our Inventory Manager, and helping maintain a tidy, professional office.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be reliable and detail-oriented.
Follow-through and a positive attitude are also a must.
Our physicians and staff enjoy each other and our work, and we are looking for a new team member who will come with a smile, excited about the day ahead.
The work takes place in our Carmel office Monday through Thursday, from 7:
30AM to 12:
30PM.
We need a committed individual who enjoys an energetic work environment.
That is not code for being overworked! But we keep a busy practice serving many patients, and you can expect your time in the office to be full.
Our Physicians and Practice Manager will offer consistent support, appreciation, and direction, but we never micromanage.

Responsibilities:
Be on time and prepared to work to the highest standard with a positive attitude Approach obstacles or unexpected issues with a solution-oriented mindset Label and prepare test kits for patient use Help maintain the facility, including tidying the back office, front lobby, or patient spaces as needed Support the Inventory manager by stocking shelves and packing or unpacking supplement shipments File patient charts, scan test results, or perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Practice Manager To Apply:
