Summary:
As an HR Assistant you will support the company's human resources department in the daily administration of its activities by assisting with employee onboarding, training, and staff relations.
HR Assistant will help create a productive work environment by designing, implementing and monitoring management's employee development processes and programs.
The HR Assistant also serves as a liaison between the Market Human Resources Manager and employees for effective communication and conflict resolution.
Additionally, HR Assistants coordinate meetings and maintain personnel records.

Qualifications:
Previous HR assistant experience Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
