Director of Human Resources Major Objectives:
The Human Resources Operations Manager will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and will serve as a main point of contact for the operational needs of Human Resources with a focus on delivering employee-focused initiatives, resources, and education.
This role will have exposure to all aspects of HR and will collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization.
This role will support HR strategies, policies, and programs to align with company goals and employee wellness with a primary focus on providing an exceptional employee experience.
The HR Operations Manager will primarily oversee the administration of payroll and compensation programs, employee benefit programs, retirement plans, HRIS data and systems, and support employee on-boarding and retention through various platforms and wellness programs.
Specific Duties and
Responsibilities:
Serve as technical expert for payroll and compensation operations - maintain a deep understanding of payroll, time, and tax regulations, audits, and processes.
Implement and manage HR systems to streamline processes, improve efficiency and maintain data integrity related to personnel record management.
Manage and oversee the administration of employee pay and benefits programs, including payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks and benefits.
Serve as the champion of compliance by maintaining a working knowledge of federal, state, and industry standards and requirements.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR - proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance the employee experience to ensure the organization's programs remain competitive, unique, and compliant.
Maintain and encourage a customer focused environment within the team by creating transparent, easy to use processes.
Champion technology and process improvement to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Support employee engagement and retention efforts through the development and implementation of wellness, culture, and career development initiatives.
Support onboarding and offboarding of new hires and current employees in unison with the Human Resources team.
Support the Director of Human Resources in building relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and potential future planning related to employee perks and benefits.
Monitor and report key HR metrics.
Prerequisites:
Must have a degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, or related field from an accredited university.
Previous experience in HRIS data management with a strong focus on client service, human resources, data analysis, or reporting and process implementation.
Previous experience in HRIS data management or HR-related duties is preferred.
Able to build strong relationships and foster trust and collaboration.
Must handle all confidential matters with good judgement and discretion.
Knowledgeable in Human Resources guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Effectively interface with all levels of the Company.
Able to identify problems and review related information to evaluate options and implement solutions.
Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Creative, proactive thinker who loves to learn, actively seeks solutions, and identifies process improvements.

$70,000.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
