Performs a variety of duties such as ordering records, scheduling, preparing legal documents, summarizing records and drafting correspondence.
Job Accountabilities Ordering medical records and other evidence; Draft correspondence, reports, medical chronologies; Transcribe dictation & witness statements; Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimony; Input, retrieve, update, scan, information in computerized database; Scan incoming mail; Screen and/or respond to telephone calls and correspondence Assist new business team with taking new client calls, drafting contracts or other tasks as needed Perform other related duties as assigned or requested Job Qualifications High School Degree Preferred:
