If so, our position is the perfect fit for you! 1ST Care Home Health Services is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant position for immediate hire.
The position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:
30 AM to 5:
00 PM located in our office in Carmel IN.
Must have solid work history and experience Duties Include but are not limited to:
First point of contact for all incoming calls, able to triage, answer any questions accordingly and forward to the appropriate professional to further assist them.
Taking detailed messages when needed, and able to further communicate the callers need in a timely manner Clerical duties as assigned including typing, filing, and faxing Requirements Include:
Must have medical office experience and the understanding of the tasks listed Experience working with a multi-line, busy call system / office Secretarial experience with typing ability, filing, telephone courtesy and knowledge of business equipment Ability to multi-task Ability to work well independently Our full-time employees enjoy:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
