Administrative Assistant to Service and Installation
O'Malia's Living O'Malia's Living Carmel, IN Carmel, IN Full-time Full-time $17 - $22 an hour $17 - $22 an hour In this role you will work directly with the General Manager of Service and Installation to schedule technicians, process daily paperwork, enter data into QuickBooks Online or similar system and work directly with customers to process tickets and schedule site visits.
The Administrative role is a key part of the service and installation team.
Prior experience in scheduling technicians is preferred.
Prior experience in a small business environment is also preferred.
