Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest appointments and facilitate acquiring reviews effectively - Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing and payment information - Assist with managing guest appointment schedule - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in handling outbound calls - Previous experience in guest services or customer service preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic math skills - Ability to handle conflict situations with professionalism and tact - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations - Proficient in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
