This position will require potential candidates to contact clients, their customers and Field Inspectors to schedule inspections and follow-up on the process. Job Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Provide prompt and courteous service to all clients and their customers. 2. Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes. 3. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly and courteous manner. Advise the supervisor of all serious complaints. 4. Schedule inspections to meet the availability of all parties. 5. Answer incoming calls and respond to questions and concerns
