Student will be performing what is traditionally known as Tier 2 or Desktop Support. Assisting customers at their desks or remotely, normally as a follow up to issues that could not be resolved by the service desk. Additional projects will be assigned as needed by the supervisor.
Fast-paced challenging environment, looking for self-motivated candidates with good trouble-shooting skills, the most important factors are a positive approach and a willingness and ability to learn. The successful candidate will receive valuable work experience and training in the day-to-day operations of field support and exposure to a large corporate environment, while providing invaluable aid to the IT infrastructure in Allegion's Indianapolis and Carmel locations, with a potential for travel to other locations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
