The Eastern Region Sales Manager will be responsible for managing an outside relationship team selling Stoneware products and services into education, commercial and government accounts. This position is responsible for overall strategy, selection and development of team members, creative thinking, problem solving and leadership.
The successful candidate will have the proven ability to maximize team performance using a structured sales management system to drive the team members to success in achieving their revenue targets. In addition, the successful candidate will engage extended teams throughout Stoneware and Lenovo in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), product transition plans, and resource planning.
Candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a start-up environment (Stoneware) that resides within a $30B global corporation (Lenovo).

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

years of field sales experience
Must have experience selling software and managing software sales teams
Must have a proven track record of building up and growing successful sales teams
Must have excellent presentation skills and executive presence
Experience selling into the K-20 education market is a plus
Must be able and willing to travel extensively within their assigned region
This position can work remotely but must be located within 45 miles of an airport
