Success in a retail, restaurant, customer service, dispute resolution, default prevention, customer retention, collections, telemarketing, rent-to-own or similar position is preferred. Although a 40 hour work week, must be able to work some evenings and some Saturday hours. Have the backing of a Service Department that ensures customer satisfaction to allow for continued installment loan payments

Excel in your position and get promoted into a Credit Analyst or Collection Manager position
Key Objectives Of Top Performers:
Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals within 60 days to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
Utilize the company's extensive training to learn the Discover system, phone system, policies and procedures, culture and overall company operations
Expand your knowledge with understanding Underwriting guidelines and the full sales process
Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate our customers on the importance of rebuilding their credit

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
