Job DescriptionCNO Financial Group is seeking a Document Service Representative in its Central Records department.Daily responsibilities vary as business needs dictate. Responsibilities include but are not limited to analyzing,
prepping, imaging and indexing of incoming documents. Mail preparation and routing includes removing staples
and paper clips, repairing tears and rips, making copies of incoming mail. Locating and validating policy
information in administration databases and indexing policy information using multiple data entry systems is also
required.
Candidates must adapt easily to a changing environment and accustomed to working in a fast pace environment
with aggressive production and quality goals. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive tasks for prolonged
periods of time and possess a valid driver's license. Candidates should also be able to lift and carry 10 pound
trays/boxes for short distances.
Education requirements:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED
Required
Experience:
Candidate must type 50-60 wpm and possess very strong 10-key skills
Preferred
Experience:
Insurance administration or claim experience preferred but not required. Records department experience is also
beneficial.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
