The ideal QA candidate will possess skills in the following areas:
Usage of a standard test methodology
Strong requirements management capability
Ability to create requirements traceability matrix
Understanding and ability to manage defects and the 'upkeep' of changing requirements as part of defect resolution
Knowledge of multiple SDLC's
Sharepoint ad Visio experience
