Lead management of new nanny and tutor recruiting
Coordinate and schedule all field staff interviews
Determine fit of candidates for organization's staff growth goals
Conduct new hire orientations, training scheduling, and staff utilization
Supervision and retention of nanny and tutor staff
Development and communication of staff policy and procedures
Achievement of bi-weekly nanny revenue, billing and gross margin goals and hours
Coordination of nannies availability and overseeing regular timesheet entries
Community networking and relationship building through events on behalf of CNT

Qualifications:
Combination of education and at least six months applicable business experience
Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office or other
business applications and software

Office Environment:
Works in a clean, well-lit office
Regular travel is required to prospective and current client homes. Access to a vehicle and a valid
driver's license necessary
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
