Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
Interact with candidates, associates, and leaders in the contact center by phone, email, other electronic media and in person to fill open internal and external positions.
Learn the RCI Recruiting process from job requisition to posting to interview to job offer
Receive and review applications
Evaluate written and video candidate application material
Make recommendation to advance candidates to next step and/or fill the position.
Participate in onsite face to face interviews.
Assist with feedback for candidates not selected.
Learn the RCI ATS (Taleo) and other systems used in the hiring process.
Prepare and complete documentation and filing as necessary to complete hiring process.
Creative sourcing ideas to help with difficult to fill positions.
Assist with new hire orientation
Other duties as needed
Requirements:
Two years of contact center or other high volume and/or seasonal experience ATS experience, preferably Taleo Flexible, adaptable, quick learner
Team player- willing to assist the recruiting and HR team in any way needed to fill positionsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
